1. Air Cargo Delivery

Our Air Cargo option ensures the safety and comfort of your new monkey. Monkeys travel in a specially designated space at the nearest international airport, with flights arranged as direct as possible to minimize stress. ‘Next Day Primates’ has a proven history of safe Air Cargo transport. Your monkey will be delivered within 2-3 days of finalizing payment.

When choosing Air Cargo, we will need the following information from you:

  1. Full name, address, and phone number of the person picking the monkey up at the airport.
  2. Two closest airports to you (as a backup).

2. Personal Delivery

An experienced pet expert can fly with the monkey or you can choose to pick up your monkey yourself. Personal delivery can be arranged to any location, and Millenia Monkeys will personally deliver the monkey to your door upon request. This option incurs extra charges depending on the destination and may take a few more hours to a day to receive your monkey.

For PayPal payments, full payment of the monkey is due to hold/purchase a monkey. Deposit is refundable and transferable.

Why does the delivery process take about 24hrs?

Once the payment is made, the monkey will undergo a thorough final vet check to ensure it is safe to fly.

Return & Refunds Policy at Millenia Monkey

We hope you are delighted with your monkey from Millenia Monkey. If, however, the monkey does not meet your expectations, you may return it. Return postage costs will be covered by Millenia Monkeys only if there has been an error in processing your order on our part.

Please ensure the monkey is returned in perfect condition, as unforeseen circumstances would negate your right to cancel or return. Follow the steps below for returns:

  • Inform us by email within 14 days of receiving your monkey.
  • Specify your reason for returning the monkey.
  • Indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Return the monkey in the original packaging with all original documentation and labels to:

The monkey should be returned no later than 28 days from receipt by recorded delivery with insurance paid. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing monkeys. Upon receiving the monkey, we will notify you by email and process your return immediately. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds will be processed using the same means as your original payment.
